What Is sortout.app?

sortout.app is a growing collection of micro-tools, each designed to do exactly one thing exceptionally well. Every tool is free, requires no account, and is built for speed — the entire page loads as a single file with no external dependencies.

How TextMess Works

Every character you type is mapped through a lookup table of Unicode code points. The letter "a" has equivalents in the Fraktur block (𝔞), Mathematical Bold Script (𝓪), enclosed alphanumerics (ⓐ), and so on. Upside-down text uses lookalike characters from the IPA and other Unicode ranges, then reverses the string so it reads correctly when rotated. Zalgo/Glitch stacks Unicode combining diacritical marks above and below each letter. All processing runs entirely in your browser with zero server calls.

Zalgo/Glitch uses randomly selected combining characters on every keystroke, so the exact output varies — that randomness is intentional.
